I have been working as a Counsellor for over 10 years. During this time I have worked in a charitable setting, the NHS and private practice. I have worked in the corporate sector and understand the additional stress working in this environment can sometimes pose. Some of the more recurring issues I have worked with have included depression, addiction, anxiety, self esteem, relationship problems and loss.
We all, at some point in our lives, encounter problems and obstacles along the way. We may be trying to cope with changes in personal circumstances, experiencing relationship difficulties, we might be suffering from low self esteem or searching for a sense of identity or self worth. Deciding to undertake counselling or therapy can very often be the first step that can lead to experiencing a more fulfilling rewarding life. It can offer a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings at your own pace.
My training was in Integrative Psychosynthesis, which means I draw on different approaches including Psychodynamic, Psychosynthesis, Gestalt and Jungian. I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist.
I abide by their ethical framework of the BACP.
I work in private practice at Burma Road and at another location in N16.
